I was gifted a 5 lb block of this clay (which is half wax/half clay mix) and simply fell in love. I've heard of pomade but i have no clue about it, or if it'll be good for that application, and then i've heard of wax, and paste etc. Roll out of bed, mussed look, slightly less tight traditional hairstyle. I think a heavy pomade, either water based or oil based would work well for wavy hair.
